NOC Coffee Co. (NOC) is pleased to announce the opening of its 13th branch on 21st June at THE SOUTHSIDE, the lifestyle mall above Wong Chuk Hang MTR station. The brand will also unveil its 14th location later this month on 28th June in King Lam Street, Cheung Sha Wan.

NOC THE SOUTHSIDE, situated on the ground floor of the mall, spans approximately 1,300 square feet and boasts a bright, open-plan design that embodies the brand's minimalist aesthetic. Seamlessly blending an earth-tone palette and lush greenery, the location promises to bring a refreshing ambience to the Southern District.

The new outpost is curated to offer coffee enthusiasts a tranquil and calming environment. The expansive space features sleek vertical tiling, including the coffee bar's sandstone terracotta tiles and the two pillars' dove-gray tiles cladding, which lend a sense of order and elegance to the setting.

At the heart of the cafe, a circular dining table stands as an inviting sanctuary, beckoning guests to unwind and indulge in the soothing palette of washed granolithic, cork, and silver oak, enhanced by the natural charm of the Pieris Japonica. Patrons can fully immerse themselves in an elevated coffee experience.

The space features industrial furnishings throughout, with aluminium structural framing used in the dining tables, planters, and product shelving to add clean, linear silhouettes to the space. The design concept extends to the outdoor seating area, which is furnished with sand-tone, symmetrical geometric metal tables and chairs. Customers can relax in the open air while still feeling connected to the refined ambience of the interior.

Two New Openings in a Month to Spread Specialty Coffee Culture

In the first half of 2024, NOC expanded its presence in commercial districts, opening outlets in Wan Chai and Wong Chuk Hang, as well as in the new Grade A office building on King Lam Street in Cheung Sha Wan. NOC King Lam Street, situated adjacent to the Butterfly Valley, features floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides that flood the space with natural light. The interior blends metal elements, such as the aluminium coffee bar, with natural materials like cork circular stand and planter with brick red tiles, creating a harmonious yet contrasting aesthetic.

The palette of comet white stone, silver pear wood, and burgundy fabric complements the round pendant luminaire and avant-garde design sofas, evoking a refined, lounge-like atmosphere. The outdoor area features cork pillars of varying heights, providing customers with a cozy and convenient alfresco coffee experience.
