Soft and tough lines, both highly contrasted in materials, textures, and hues - dark, pastels, camouflage, and fuzzy warp prints. Gloss, matte, and see-through; pretty and conflicting. Lucie and Luke Meier’s knowledge of balancing opposites. Shiny leather and cotton canvas with a natural coating are ingeniously complemented by organza, jersey, crushed velvets, and soft wools. A nod to the rebellious, inverted nostalgia of the New Wave, to the deft mixology of the codes of tradition. The past turned into the future.
A reinvention of glamour by design; elevated, ingeniously crafted, and diverse. An edgy, nocturnal, decidedly urban collection.
The realized concept of a coat: white, long, straight, double-breasted, perfectly tailored, and slightly oversized. Shirts have contrasting white ruffles and scalloped edges. Dresses are airy, voluminous, pleated, and ruffled, in pale green and pink organza, below the knee. Classic but not quite. A white suit sports a boxy, nonchalant jacket - lapels in pitch black, and lean, sharp trousers. A full shiny brown leather outfit - shirt, trousers, and tie, say “look”. A pale pink pullover is fully knit with hand-made popcorn knots - ungendered. A dense viscose t-shirt is entirely covered with round beads.
High and low, feminine and masculine, avant-garde and craft, formal and casual wear merge.

The soft, enlarged, folded handbags, the clutches with jewel zip closures, a bubbly net collar worn over a dress, the low boots with metal inserts in the heels, and the fully beaded red boots, traverse the edgy spirit of the whole.
